Production Schedule V1

Today the groups were finalised & we got straight into distributing roles & deciding on a final story.
As the nominated producer I decided we should do a vote on which ideas we liked the most, everyone got to deliver their ideas in a short pitch then voted on their favourite idea & then their 2nd choice. I decided to make it first choice would give that script 2 votes, and 2nd choice would give 1 vote. This was working really well until Jacob decided to change his vote part way through which began to cause a bit of confusion & resulted in the 2 top choices ending with an equal amount of votes.
After a lengthy & somewhat heated discussion we came to a unanimous decision to combine both Rhys & Gabe's ideas, as we all liked Gabe's story but found the technicality of it quite daunting & possibly too difficult to achieve. Whilst Rhys' was much easier to make which would allow us to create a much more polished, higher quality final product.

After we decided on a story I began to work through the production schedule, starting with the roles people would prefer over the others & anything they wanted to avoid doing altogether. One thing was made apparent that everybody wanted to do some modelling for the project, and another was we were all willing to take on the roles that nobody else wanted; but fortunately for us there wasn't anything everyone hated, this made it fairly simple to complete & we came up with a decent structure. The way everything is currently we all get to do the stuff we're best at & if there was no preferred task at a given stage they'll be able to work on a bit of everything for that stage, focusing on the job with the biggest work load.

Here is the first version of my group's Production Schedule:
